This is a newly created role offering strong visibility, hands-on experience, and clear advancement opportunities. Key Responsibilities Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Maintain and analyze general ledger activity Support preparation of financial reports and analysis Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Assist with process improvements and special projects as needed Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting experience preferred) CPA preferred Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn Why This Role Great work-life balance with a stable, team-oriented environment Direct exposure to executive leadership (reports to VP) Opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company Clear path for career advancement and development
