Role Job Summary:
The Staff Accountant will assist in the preparation of financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for guidance of management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Helps maintain the company's system of accounts and keeps books Prepares internal reports for management use Maintains the integrity of the Fixed Asset listing through additions, retirements, and deletions. Posts General Journal entries as needed Reconciles bank statements on a monthly basis Maintains schedules for pre-paid assets Maintains schedules for accrued expenses Matches invoices with appropriate support Properly code then enter invoices into Accounts Payable system Review payables for invoices due Generate checks to pay vendors Follows Corporate and Department policy and procedure for attendance including reporting to work, use of PTO time, etc. Any and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred 3 years of accounting experience preferred Share job details to
