Staff Accountant

Duties Record credit card transactions and track down and attach supporting documentation. Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely completion of all reporting requirements. Support payroll management using systems such as ADP, Paycom or Auris including processing payroll data Utilize QuickBooks desktop and Quickbooks online Requirements 1-2 years experience using Quickbooks Proven experience in accounting Experience with data entry Attention to detail Familiarity with payroll management systems like ADP, Paycom, Auris Demonstrated ability entering transactions in Quickbooks Math and problem solving skills
