As an Accounting Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations—working behind the scenes to ensure payments are processed accurately, issues are resolved quickly, and financial activity runs smoothly. Job Description In this role, you'll focus on accounts payable and invoice processing, supporting the end-to-end flow of invoice intake, review, payment, and follow-up. You'll manage a steady volume of invoices, respond to questions from internal teams and vendors, and research discrepancies to ensure everything is resolved accurately. The work is fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while balancing multiple priorities throughout the day.

How You'll Spend Your Time Process a high volume of invoices daily with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness Support daily payment activity and ensure invoices move through the process efficiently Monitor and respond to the AP inbox, addressing vendor and internal questions within established timelines Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, documenting findings and outcomes Review and process incoming mail and ensure everything is reviewed and completed in a timely manner Partner with teammates to keep work moving and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment Assist with reconciliations and other operational accounting tasks as needed Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through 4-6 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a bank or equivalent combination of education and experience.
