About The Role We are looking for an in-house Certified Public Accountant who is ready to take the next step in joining a people-first environment and wants to play a key role in strengthening our financial operations. As our in-house CPA, you will be at the center of ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight across the organization. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage financial reporting, maintain compliance, and build processes that support sustainable growth. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close processes Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with applicable standards Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations File company tax documentation and adhere to state and federal deadlines Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations Maintain internal controls and improve accounting systems and processes Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed What We're Looking For Active CPA license required 7-10 years of experience in public accounting or a similar in-house role Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Ability to work onsite and contribute in a dynamic environment What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance with company contributions 401(k) with employer matching A collaborative, people-first culture focused on growth and impact Who Should Apply This role is for a professional who sees accounting as more than numbers-it's about clarity, trust, and enabling better decisions.
