Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Staff Accountant to support a Tulsa-based organization during a short-term assignment expected to last 2-8 weeks. This position will play an important role in assisting the accounting team with daily financial operations, including account reconciliations, reviewing approvals, and pulling financial data. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform account reconciliations and review supporting documentationPull and compile financial data for reporting and internal reviewAssist with reviewing and tracking financial approvals and transactionsSupport general accounting tasks, including journal entries and account analysisEnsure accuracy and completeness of financial recordsAssist the accounting team with additional projects as needed during the assignment
