Timekeeper This person will perform weekly payroll and verify time reports to ensure accuracy. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Viewpoint knowledge a plus. Must have good communication skills and time management skills. Other duties as assigned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer and prepare weekly payroll and verify time reports to ensure accuracy. Prepare controls and merge with other data required for preparation of payroll. Prepare control documents for use in reconciling one or more of the following: payroll, payables, and receivables transactions. Prepare the preparation of pay estimates, cost reports, etc. Assist with new employee signups, basic personnel administration activities, and general administration. Assist with preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual closing statements, reports, and invoices. Assist with monitoring subcontractor costs and issuance of back charges. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction. Distribute payroll. Train new payroll employees. TRACK experience. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required for this
Position:
Education - no minimum education requirements. Experience - 4+ years direct experience in a Timekeeping role with payroll in an industrial environment.
