• Team We're looking for a detail-driven Accounting Associate ready to build on their finance experience and grow into a more advanced accounting role. This position offers hands-on exposure across AP, AR and reconciliations
• ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

This is a full-time hourly position, working in person 30 to 40 hours per week, at our headquarters in Clackamas Oregon.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Import and process vendor invoices using automated tools Post daily deposits and reconcile banking activity with sales data Manage wholesale accounts receivable, including invoicing and credits, payment posting Support accurate sales tax reporting Assist with weekly accounts payables processing You'll also cross-train in: Bank, credit card, and merchant account reconciliations Recording payroll and related expenses Month-end closing tasks, including accrual based journal entries
