A proactive, hands-on professional with a solid administrative background and exposure to: treasury activities (banking platforms, payment execution); accounting support (reconciliations, invoicing); daily operations (payments, invoice posting, vendor management). Comfortable working on topics such as treasury execution (payment runs, bank platforms, cash management). An organized, reliable, and detail-oriented person who delivers results and follows through on tasks. Experienced or interested in supporting People & Culture administration, including employee documentation, onboarding processes, and coordination with payroll and benefits providers. Not a "traditional accountant": you are practical, business-oriented, and focused on execution, with a strong sense of ownership and common sense. IF YOU WANT TO
Take ownership of day-to-day treasury activities: payment runs, bank platforms, cash position monitoring, and support bank reconciliations. Coordinate invoicing and collection of follow-ups, ensuring accurate posting of invoices in the accounting system (Microsoft Business Central), in collaboration with HQ and external partners. Act as a local point of contact for People & Culture coordination, including: onboarding/offboarding processes, employee documentation, timesheet inputs, and liaison with payroll and benefits providers. Collaborate with external advisors (e.g., CPA, payroll providers) to ensure local administrative and compliance activities are delivered on time, providing the necessary data and documentation. Contribute to the growth of the subsidiary by improving processes, checklists, deadlines, and internal controls, leveraging your organizational skills and the use of digital tools, including AI where appropriate.
