This position works closely with the Pastor, parish staff, school leadership, and vendors to ensure sound financial stewardship and efficient business practices. Responsibilities Manage parish accounting and bookkeeping functions Prepare financial reports and budget projections Assist with annual budgeting process Oversee accounts payable and receivable Coordinate payroll and employee records Supervise designated office personnel and processes Maintain financial compliance with Archdiocesan policies Qualifications Strong bookkeeping and accounting experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Budget development and management experience Prior supervisory experience preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
