Job Description
Staff Accountant Full Time Bluewater Property Group is a dynamic investment, development and operating platform serving customers across the Northeastern United States. Bluewater was formed by a dedicated team of career industrial real estate practitioners with a deliberate focus on identifying and capitalizing on unique investment opportunities and advisory situations within the US industrial marketplace. We currently are developing over $1 Billion of modern warehouse projects. Due to our small size and entrepreneurial nature all employees at Bluewater have direct access to senior leadership and are seen as a vital part of the organization. We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Accounting Team in our Conshohocken, PA office. RESPONSIBILITIES
General accounting duties including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable utilizing multiple accounting and banking systems Assist with construction draw compilation, review and submission Communicate internally and externally regarding budget review, variances and adjustments Prepare and maintain financial schedules and project reports Assist with month end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations, leading to generation of financial reporting for internal and external review Research and reconcile account discrepancies Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reporting for monthly, quarterly and annual review Assist with automating current accounting procedures Assist with audit requests, tax planning and various ad hoc projectsQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree 2 years of general ledger or public accounting experience preferred Team player with strong communication skills and ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize assignments and effectively manage deadlines Comfortable working with various financial applications (such as Quickbooks, Yardi)Job Type:
