This role contributes to achieving company goals by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial support while upholding our commitment to exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Vendor Management Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner Match purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor statements Prepare and execute scheduled payments while maintaining AP aging reports Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Communicate with vendors to address billing issues and inquiries Accounts Receivable & Collections Monitor AR aging and research discrepancies or unposted payments Partner with Customer Service to follow up on past-due invoices Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing questions, disputes, and payment arrangements Track payment commitments and escalate delinquent accounts as needed Billing & Financial Operations Assist with billing processes, adjustments, credits, and write-offs with proper approval Support monthly revenue recognition procedures Audit purchase orders against invoices and receiving reports to ensure accuracy Maintain complete and organized financial documentation with proper approvals Assist with company fuel card tracking and reconciliation Collaboration & Support Liaise with field technicians and service coordinators to resolve billing questions Support multi-location accounting operations where applicable Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 2 years of accounting or accounts payable experience Strong understanding of AR/AP processes and general accounting principles Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and within a team
Preferred:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
