Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity Assist with financial reporting and management reporting packages Support cash management and banking activities Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting Support external audit and tax-related activities Assist with special projects and ad hoc financial analyses Process Improvement & Controls Help strengthen accounting procedures and internal controls Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Assist with system enhancements and reporting improvements Support continuous improvement initiatives across the accounting function Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Required Skills Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
