Staff Accountant Tax

Job DescriptionJob Description We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Preparing tax filings and reports for businesses and individuals Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets Preparing profit and loss statements and balance sheets Maintaining general ledgers Assisting in the preparation of yearly closing statements Performing account reconciliations Preparing monthly financial statements Create new processes to improve financial efficiency Report analysis and findings to the management team ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting or tax preparation is preferred BSc in finance, accounting, or a related field Demonstrates an excellent understanding of financial and accounting principles Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Wave Accounting, or similar Knowlege working with Microsoft Office Tools Exceptional numeric skills Good with numbers and calculations Excellent time management skills Ability to work for long hours if needed Ability to work independently or in a team environment Maintaining a positive attitude Multitasker Good organizational skills Detail and deadline-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Company DescriptionPagano & Associates is a CPA firm that serves Chester County and the surrounding community.
