About the Company Are you looking for an opportunity that will give you more than just traditional accounting experience? Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their growing finance team. Rather than being limited to a narrow accounting function, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting multiple areas of the business while working closely with leadership and operational teams. About the Role The Staff Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations while assisting with project financial tracking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, and administrative accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new skills, taking initiative, and contributing to a growing organization. Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable processing, invoice review, coding, and vendor communications Support accounts receivable activities, customer billing, invoice tracking, and collections follow-up Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation Assist with project financial tracking, budgeting support, and cash flow monitoring Support month-end close activities and internal reporting requirements Prepare reconciliations and assist with financial analysis as needed Help maintain organized accounting and contract documentation Assist with contract administration, purchase order tracking, and related documentation Coordinate with internal teams and external business partners to support financial operations Participate in process improvement initiatives and workflow enhancements Support special projects and additional accounting responsibilities as the organization grows Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Required Skills Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Pay range and compensation package Competitive compensation and benefits package Equal Opportunity Statement Excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term accounting career.
