About the Company Steadily growing manufacturing company with a strong reputation in the industry Close-knit, collaborative team where every member's contributions are valued Provides opportunities for professional growth and skill development Focused on quality, compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships Staff Accountant Key Responsibilities The Staff Accountant will assist with month-end close, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed The Staff Accountant will assist with financial reporting and internal documentation requirements The Staff Accountant will ensure compliance with accounting standards and government contract regulations Qualifications of the Staff Accountant Role Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment Experience with QuickBooks preferred Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
