a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Job Summary The Senior Accountant plays a lead role in weekly financial reporting, period‑end close, and budgeting processes for assigned operating sites. This role serves as the primary finance partner to Operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting. The position also supports reporting automation, budgeting administration, and data integrity initiatives, with an emphasis on process optimization and system enhancements. Financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting experience required. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Key Responsibilities Senior Accounting & Financial Reporting Review, analyze, and record weekly financial submissions from operating locations. Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and period‑end financial reports. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and variance analyses. Produce internal and client‑facing financial statements on both calendar and fiscal year bases. Manage financial reporting and compliance for assigned sites. Support Operations with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and financial insights. Prepare and review billing in accordance with site contracts. Support complex accounting transactions and external audits, including audit schedules and responses. Assist leadership with financial presentations, analysis, and special projects. Reporting, Budgeting & Process Improvement Maintain and manage chart of accounts, site structures, and reporting hierarchies. Reconcile and synchronize data across accounting, reporting, and budgeting systems. Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and perform root‑cause analyses. Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including system setup and user training. Build, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches. Conduct data integrity checks, testing, and quality audits for system enhancements. Collaborate cross‑functionally to standardize processes, improve workflows, and implement automation. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. 5+ years of accounting or finance experience. Strong experience with ERP and financial reporting systems. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling). Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and process improvement focus. Strong communication skills and ability to partner with Operations. Preferred Experience NetSuite (SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, Reporting) NetSuite Planning & Budgeting SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or SuiteBuilder experience a plus Interest or experience in reporting automation, dashboards, and data visualization EB-1809524583
