To Apply for this Job Click Here Senior Accountant (Financial Reporting) We're partnering with a growing financial services organization to add an Senior Accountant to a high-performing, collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong public/corporate accounting foundation who wants to take ownership of financial reporting, close processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic environment. What You'll Do Support the month-end close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting Prepare and analyze financial results, trends, and variance analysis for leadership Assist with regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with applicable standards Coordinate with external auditors and maintain strong documentation and controls Partner cross-functionally with Finance and business stakeholders to support decision-making Process and manage accounting workflows (including specialized invoicing and reporting activities) Perform ad hoc analysis and research to support business initiatives Identify and implement opportunities to improve process efficiency, automation, and reporting capabilities Contribute to ongoing enhancements in systems, data usage, and analytics What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred 5+ years of accounting experience; public accounting background strongly preferred Strong understanding of general ledger, financial statements, and close processes Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and comfort working with large data sets Experience improving processes through automation, systems, or data-driven solutions Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and insights Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across teams Exposure to financial services or investment-related concepts is a plus Why This Role Strong mix of technical accounting + process improvement / automation exposure High visibility across Finance and leadership Opportunity to modernize processes and drive efficiency Collaborative team environment with a focus on continuous improvement
