ABOUT THE COMPANY A

rapidly growing, privately held HVAC services company is seeking an Accountant to partner with the Corporate Controller and support accounting operations for a $75M+ revenue business in a high-velocity, service-driven environment .

ABOUT THE RO LE

The Accountant will be responsible for core accounting functions with direct exposure to ownership and meaningful influence on financial accuracy, controls, and reporting as the business scal es.

RESPONSIBILI TIES

Prepare and support accurate, timely financial repo rtingExecute month-end and year-end close activ itiesMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts using QuickBooks O nlineReconcile bank, credit card, and loan acc ountsReview Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activity for accuracy and complet enessPrepare internal financial statements and management re portsOwn job costing, margin analysis, and service line profitability tra ckingManage payroll accounting, benefits reconciliations, and related acc ruals

QUALIFIC ATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA-track pre ferred)3+ years of accounting experience; solid working knowledge of GAAP and operational accounting pri nciplesProficient in QuickBooks Online an d ExcelExperience in service, construction, HVAC, or project-based industries pr eferred
