• Job Summary
• Under general supervision, the Associate Accountant - Fund Coordinator is responsible for requesting claim funds, daily ECHO balancing, and claims account maintenance for each client in their assigned libraries.
• Minimum Requirements
• + •High school diploma or equivalent required•+ •2+ years of accounting/finance experience in an office environment•+ •Must work with high degree of accuracy, courtesy, timeliness, logic and structure•+ •Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook•+ •Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization•+ •Ability to manage simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines•Preferred•+ •Associate's degree•+ •Experience with multiple web-based banking sites•+ •Experience with AS400•Are you being referred to one of our roles?
