Junior Accountant:
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Maintain accurate inventory records and process inventory adjustments Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting documentation Maintain organized accounting records and financial files Assist with annual employee benefits renewals Support tax preparation and reporting activities Provide general accounting support to leadership and the accounting team Qualifications for the Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable General ledger and account reconciliation experience Experience preparing monthly financial reports Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Willingness to submit to a pre-employment criminal background check Additional Details How To Identify Potential Job Scams
