• Full-time A growing company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team during an important stage of expansion.

With plans to double revenue over the next year, the company needs someone who can support accurate reporting, strengthen accounting processes, and partner closely with leadership as the business scales. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, audit support, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis Perform general ledger account reconciliations in accordance with GAAP Assist with external audits and provide supporting documentation Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures Support budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and financial analysis as needed Maintain fixed asset schedules and assist with related accounting Partner with internal departments on accounting and reporting needs Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and accounting processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of relevant accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Hands-on experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation ERP experience and strong Excel skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally Manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-related accounting experience is a plus External audit support experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $90,000
