Required Skills:

Proven experience with account reconciliations, preferably within ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or other large-scale platforms Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting processes Ability to extract and organize data efficiently for audits and reporting Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team Ad hoc duties as needed Nice to

Have Skills:

Prior experience working in non-profit sectors Experience supporting year-end close and audit processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Other Requirements:
