This is a great opportunity for an experienced candidate who understands dealership accounting and is ready to take the next step in their career with a reputable, family-owned organization. This person will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and improving processes across all dealership accounting functions.

Sundays Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations Process vehicle deals, billing, and title work accurately and efficiently Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end closing Prepare financial reports and statements as needed Support internal controls and compliance procedures Work closely with department managers to ensure accurate reporting and data flow Identify and help implement process improvements within the accounting department
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in dealership or automotive accounting Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dealership software (e.g., CDK, Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity and professionalism We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
