Job Description

Job Summary Great opportunity for someone that wants PT work to make some extra money. Hours will vary based on need each month ie: Year-End, Budget. Goal is to be no more than 25 hours per month. Duties Experience in QuickBooks, donor software, Excel. Ensure all
AP, AR, PR
is entered and completed in a timely manner. Reconcile Donor system and bank statements with QuickBooks. Report on Unrestricted, Restricted and Temporary Restricted Funds. Prepare financial reports to the board monthly. Prepare and report upon the Budget. Maintain Compliance for Federal & State requirements.
Pay:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
