Project Cost Support Bilfinger Industrial Services, known as a leading one-stop shop provider for complex industrial services, is seeking to fill a Client/Project Cost Support position at our Mehoopany, PA Site location. This position requires a self-motivated individual to support the Project Manager, Project Team, and other Client Personnel in managing transactions and data to ensure conformity with corporate policy. The individual will be a member of the project team responsible for completing transactional work and other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform support tasks for Mehoopany Environmental Group (MEG) Enter timesheets for Employees and Subcontractors May work with the Project Team to establish project structure in SAP Perform Transactional work as requested including: GR/IR Estimates Requisitions Forecast and track project spend Attend regularly scheduled meetings Adhoc duties as needed

Requirements:

Knowledge of basic accounting terms and functions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and organizational skills are required.
