Construction Finance & Job Costing Coordinator Neill and Son Roofing - Monaca, PA (In-Person) $55,000 - $65,000 per year Full-Time Hiring ASAP Neill and Son Roofing is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Finance & Job Costing Coordinator to join our team in Monaca, PA. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and has strong experience in bookkeeping, job costing, accounts payable, payroll preparation, and operational financial tracking. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, pays close attention to detail, and proactively identifies discrepancies, missing costs, or financial issues before they become larger problems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into numbers, identifying inconsistencies, and helping improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations Track and maintain job costing in Excel using CRM data and vendor portals Review invoices, expenses, and financial records for accuracy and identify discrepancies or items requiring further review Track and prepare subcontractor and vendor payments Manage Accounts Payable processes Track commissions for sales representatives and production team members Prepare payroll reports for processing, including: Hours worked Commissions Bonuses Compensation adjustments Create monthly financial reports and analysis for the CEO Perform daily financial reviews to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, track missing costs, and flag items requiring audit or follow-up Assist leadership with improving financial organization and operational processes Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, office staff, and leadership as needed QualificationsRequired 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or finance experience Strong QuickBooks Online experience Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills Experience with Accounts Payable Strong organizational and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Ability to reliably commute to Monaca, PA daily Strongly Preferred Construction, roofing, home services, or project-based accounting experience Job costing experience Experience tracking subcontractor/vendor payments Experience preparing payroll reports Experience tracking commissions and bonuses Experience working with CRMs and vendor portals Work Location This is a fully in-person position based in our Monaca, PA office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office daily. Compensation & Benefits $55,000 - $65,000 annually Compensation based on experience and qualifications Full-Time position Monday-Friday Day Shift (9am-5pm) Opportunity for long-term growth within a growing company Hiring immediately / ASAP.
