The VP of Finance and CFO are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the team as a change-maker, owning month-end close while driving meaningful improvements. This role is all about process enhancement, system optimization, team development, and implementing robust SOPs.

VP of Finance Must Haves:

5+ years of progressive accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in manufacturing or inventory-driven business Knowledge of revenue recognition (ASC 606) Proven ownership of month-end close process Managerial experience

Track record of reducing month-end close timelines

Key Responsibilities:

Own the full month-end close across two general ledgers (Titan ERP and QuickBooks) Mentor and guide accounting clerks to elevate professional accounting practices Review and maintain general ledger accuracy and completeness Drive process improvements through system automation Ensure compliance with

GAAP USP
