Opportunity for temp-to-perm Hybrid work with some on-site requirements in
Philadelphia Compensation:
$36-38/hr
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Accounting Manager in maintaining day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department Manage and complete special projects as assigned from managers and controller in a timely and accurate fashion Prepare ad-hoc analyses and variance explanations as assigned and in support of the month end close process Support of Annual Operating Budget Process as assigned Maintain necessary schedules and documentation for monthly closings, quarterly reviews, and annual audit Review financial data for accuracy, reasonableness, and completeness Provide assistance as necessary with special projects, operating budget, and financial audit. Assist in monthly financial close process including review, analyses, and distribute of internal and external financial information. Assist Supervisor/Manager in preparation of variance explanations. Assist in quarterly and annual external audit process including preparation of workpapers, flux schedules and other analyses. Prepare monthly journal entries and account analyses in an accurate and timely fashion. Perform special projects as required.
Experience and Education:
Bachelor's Degree is required.
Education Specialization:
Accounting and/or Finance. 2+ years of General Accounting or related experience is required. CPA preferred For immediate consideration, call or text Elyse at 813-705-7941.
