Summary of the Role As a Project Coordinator, Financial Projections & Tracking supporting our Construction Services business unit, for a National Banking Client for their new Relocation and Renovation of their Investor Center, you will be is responsible for financial projections, cost tracking, PO coordination, invoice tracking, documentation control, and financial closeout support for Investor Center projects. This role supports project teams and program leadership by maintaining accurate financial data, tracking commitments, monitoring forecast changes, and supporting budget reporting. Responsibilities Maintain project financial trackers for assigned Investor Center projects, including budget, forecast, commitments, POs, invoices, allowances, change exposure, and projected final cost. Support creation, tracking, and reconciliation of due diligence PARs, design PARs, construction POs, furniture POs, vendor POs, change orders, and final invoice packages. Track financial projections by project phase, cost category, vendor, partner cost, construction cost, non-typical cost, allowance, and cost per square foot. Support Project Managers in preparing cost summary decks, bid comparison summaries, pricing reconciliations, forecast updates, and variance explanations. Monitor partner vendor costs such as signage, AV, telecommunications, security, sound masking, and related support costs. Track final invoices, final lien releases, TIA collection if applicable, and project financial closeout. Coordinate with Project Managers, Senior Project Manager, finance, vendors, construction managers, furniture vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice, PO, budget, and coding issues. Prepare regular financial status reports, forecast updates, aging reports, and budget-risk summaries for program leadership. Support cost containment and value engineering tracking where scope, schedule, or budget concerns are identified. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure required approvals are captured and organized. Other duties as assigned. The following qualifications will help you succeed in this role: Bachelor's degree or technical certification in construction management, project coordination, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of project coordination, project controls, financial tracking, construction administration, accounting support, or facilities program support experience. Experience with construction budgets, POs, invoices, allowances, change orders, and vendor cost tracking. High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to reconcile multiple sources of cost data. Ability to work with Project Managers and vendors in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. Strong Excel/MS Office skills; experience with Workfront, ERP, accounting, or project management platforms preferred. Work Location The work for this client is currently east coast based, therefore, our preference is that candidates be located near our soon to be new office in King of Prussia, PA. The expectation is that you can be there for a monthly meeting. You can be hybrid out of another office (West Chester, PA or Philadelphia, PA; or Somerville, NJ) or remote the other times. Travel:
