Senior Staff Accountant

To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to support the financial operations of our clients organization. The ideal candidate is experienced in core accounting functions, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to take ownership of key processes with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and basic variance analysis Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate, timely recording of financial transactions Prepare and support financial reports, schedules, and documentation for internal use Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection and analysis Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, cash management, and expense reporting as needed Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
