6-month contract Job Description
  • Payroll Associate Assists with performance of calculations for internal and/or external clients and completion of tax reporting or other regulatory filing requirements to ensure compliance with state and national regulations.
  • Assists with the implementation of client plans for the tax and/or regulatory cycle and ensures deadlines are met. Gathers data and documentation to complete standard filings.
  • Determines liabilities, withholdings, and other calculations for internal or external clients. May answer routine questions from clients regarding earnings, deductions, tax and/or regulatory calculations and reporting.
  • Assists with the completion of all payroll processes for the US.
  • Responsible for contributing to the processing of the semi-monthly, monthly, and off cycle payrolls in addition to variable compensation, Stock transactions and Deferred Compensation. Participates in special projects and may lead some special projects that are less complex in nature. Assist with payroll reconciliations.
  • No direct reports. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred.
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
US Payroll processing, Tax reporting and analysis experience preferred.
