Brought & Osgood CPA's is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Certified Public Accountant to join our team. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, provides excellent customer service, and is committed to accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare individual and business tax returns Perform bookkeeping tasks, including account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance Process payroll accurately and in compliance with federal and state regulations Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, by phone, and via email Answer and route incoming phone calls Maintain organized and accurate financial records Assist with periodic financial reporting and other accounting tasks as assigned

Software & Programs Used:

Candidates should be comfortable working with: QuickBooks Quicken UltraTax Accounting CS Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA License from a Regulatory Body Previous accounting or tax preparation experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Must pass a PA State Criminal Record Background Check Must pass an FBI Fingerprint Background Check Why Join Us?
