What You'll Be Doing You'll take ownership of critical Gross-to-Net (GTN) accounting functions within the generic pharmaceutical space , driving accuracy, insights, and financial performance: Own and manage GTN accruals across chargebacks, rebates (commercial, GPO, Medicaid), returns, admin fees, and more Lead monthly close activities , including reviewing, validating, and booking GTN accruals Perform detailed reconciliations & variance analysis , identifying key business drivers Build forecasting models and perform scenario/sensitivity analysis at the product level Translate pricing, contracts, and commercial activity into financial impact insights Partner cross-functionally with Pricing, Contracts, Sales, and Commercial teams Develop and enhance GTN reporting & dashboards (Excel / Power BI) Support process improvements, automation, and audit readiness ✅ What We're Looking For 4+ years of Gross-to-Net (GTN) accounting experience within the generic pharmaceutical industry ( REQUIRED ) Strong expertise in rebates, chargebacks, and deductions in generic pharma Deep understanding of pricing, contracts, and channel dynamics Experience with SAP is a strong plus (not required) Exposure to

GAAP / IFRS

is a plus Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Candidates must have GENERIC pharma experience•this is a must-have requirement.
