Full-Time About OMR Services OMR Services is an aircraft management and brokerage company supporting high‑performance general aviation operations. We manage aircraft, crews, and ownership experiences with a strong emphasis on professionalism, safety, and service. Position Summary The Accountant is responsible for owning the monthly close and financial reporting for a multi-entity private aviation business, while supporting day-to-day accounting operations. This role works closely with pilots, operations, ownership, and external advisors to ensure accurate financials, timely reporting, and consistent accounting across entities. Key Responsibilities Month-End Close & General Ledger Own the monthly close process across multiple entities Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure all accounts are fully reconciled each period Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Financial Reporting Own preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, including: Financial statements Budget vs. actual analysis Cash and AR aging reports Aircraft usage reports Additional reporting and metrics requested by ownership Review results for accuracy and investigate variances Provide clear, organized reporting for ownership Cash, AP & AR Oversight Oversee and ensure accuracy of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Prepare pilot pay calculations Invoice flights, including fuel and operational charges Monitor AR/AP aging and drive resolutions of outstanding items Perform and review bank and credit card reconciliations Monitor cash balances and proactively flag risks or inconsistencies Multi-Entity Accounting Manage accounting across multiple entities, including intercompany activity Ensure consistent coding and accounting treatment across entities Maintain organized and accurate supporting documentation Process & Compliance Follow and improve accounting processes and workflows Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Coordinate with external CPAs and tax advisors Prepare information for tax filings, including quarterly use tax Lead annual budget preparation Systems & Tools QuickBooks Online (QBO) Excel or Google Sheets (advanced proficiency preferred) Aviation or flight‑tracking systems experience is a plus Qualifications (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field 2-5 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger and financial reporting Experience with multi-entity accounting preferred High attention to detail and confidentiality • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities Why Join OMR Services Specialized role in private aviation High visibility with direct impact on business decisions Collaborative, professional environment Flexibility within the role
