Rabbitte and commenced operation in 2014 offering a full range of claims management services, including loss adjusting. We are pleased to provide our valued clients with the full range of claims handling services expected from an independent International Loss Adjusting firm. As an independent service provider, we offer a flexible, tailored solution to meet the exacting standards required by our clients.

We currently have five offices:

Hong Kong Global Adjusting Technical Services Ltd. was established, although we have not yet recruited a team of adjusters to handle any losses given the volatile political situation. Myanmar GATS (Myanmar) Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 and we are the only licensed International Loss Adjusting firm that provides loss adjusting services to the insurance industry. This operation is managed by Samuel So who is also the Country Manager. Singapore Global Adjusting Technical Services (S) Pte. Ltd. was established in 2018 which is managed by Trevor Walker who is also our Complex Loss Director. Thailand This was our first office that was opened in Bangkok in 2014 and is managed by Paul Rabbitte. This is our largest/main operation, where we have the largest number of Chartered Loss Adjusters in Thailand. This office supports other branch offices and deals with assignments in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. This is our Head Office and our Regional Office. Vietnam GATS Vietnam was established in June 2017 and Paul recruited two of his old colleagues who had worked with Paul at Crawford Vietnam, and both were Chartered Loss Adjusters. The volume of assignments received was insufficient to support the viability of this operation, hence, we have reduced the manpower and continue to hold an office and support our international clients from our Thailand HQ at this stage. สวัสดิการ
