$55,000 - $65,000 annually

Overview :

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This hybrid role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting reporting activities. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, and experience working within an ERP system (SAP strongly preferred). Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding, entry, and timely payment Generate and issue customer invoices while maintaining accurate billing records Monitor account activity, reconcile discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding items Review reports and identify exceptions or variances requiring resolution Maintain organized financial documentation and support audit requests Manage accounting-related communications and respond to internal and external inquiries Assist with process improvements and support month-end activities Qualifications 3+ years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred Experience with SAP strongly preferred Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial data Solid understanding of general ledger concepts and accounting processes Why Work with Addison Finance & Accounting?
