Role Description The Accounting Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Alpharetta/Peachtree Corners area. This role is responsible for performing day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing intercompany transactions, employee travel and expenses, tracking inventory, preparing Accounts Payable and Receivable listings, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The Accounting Associate will reconcile accounts, maintain accurate and organized financial records, and help ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to routine financial inquiries, and assist with other ad hoc financial projects as needed. This role will report to the Director of Finance and Executive Operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Prior experience in a start-up or company with intercompany transactions is a plus Moderate Excel skills such as sumif, countif, pivot tables, etc. Ability to adapt to fast-paced and constantly changing environments -- applicable to vendors, customer terms, ERP systems, etc. Analytic mindset when reviewing data and transactions Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain detailed documentation.
