The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our Corporate Finance team. You will be aiding in the mechanics of scaling a SaaS business, by working in and improving upon the enterprise cash applications process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the accounting team with cash application activity Evaluate the process to ensure timely collections from our customer base Identify and recommend specific areas for process improvement and automation Review potential for leveraging AI to support business process scalability Participating in the reconciliation of Customer Accounts Customer outreach on accounts receivable balances

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Junior or Senior year preferred) Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Visualization) Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with AI solutioning via tools such as Gemini, Claude Desire to learn about the SaaS business model and recurring revenue mechanics. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
