The salary range for this position is $90,000-$95,000 and it comes with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. Essential Job ResponsibilitiesShall consist of, but are not limited to the following:
Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements and reporting packages with required supporting documentation for all assigned entities by due datesMaintain, review and analyze general ledger accounts in connection with financial reporting processesPerform analysis of various balance sheet and income statement accounts to identify irregularitiesEnsure that all bank accounts are reconciled daily and follow-up on reconciling items on a timely basisCalculate and post expense accruals with high level of accuracyMaintaining amortization schedules and recording of accrualsResponsible for the preparation of the balance sheet reconciliations for assigned propertiesReconcile and process intercompany transactions on a monthly basisPrepare all monthly property management fee calculations and posting charges to respective propertiesManage, reconcile and process AP transactionsAssist the Controller with preparation of monthly cashflow tracking and annual budgets
