Back To Results Associate Director of Accounting - SOX Job Description Associate Director of Accounting -
SOX Who :
A seasoned CPA with 10+ years of accounting or finance experience and 5+ years in a managerial role.
What :
Oversee ICFR processes, SOX compliance, and lead a team to drive process improvements and control testing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead ICFR documentation updates, risk assessments, and control matrices. Train stakeholders on SOX requirements and methodologies. Act as a liaison with internal and external audit teams. Manage remediation plans for control deficiencies. Drive standardization and efficiency in ICFR testing. Collaborate with IT SOX and external providers to align testing activities. Lead a high-performing team, fostering career development. Ensure data protection compliance and lead special projects.
Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
Experience :
Proven track record in SOX compliance and ICFR processes.
Preferred :
