Position Overview As an Audit Staff Accountant in our Alpharetta, GA office, you'll gain hands-on experience working with a variety of clients across multiple industries. Under the guidance of senior team members, you'll perform audit procedures, prepare workpapers, and help ensure financial reporting accuracy in accordance with GAAP and GAAS. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Audit Services Assist with audits, reviews, and compilations for diverse clients Prepare workpapers, test financial transactions, and document findings Support the planning and execution of audit fieldwork Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies Communicate with client contacts to request documents and clarify data Learning & Development Actively participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning Stay up to date on current accounting and auditing standards Learn audit software and industry tools to build technical skills Team Collaboration Work closely with senior accountants and managers to meet engagement deadlines Receive and apply feedback to support personal and professional development Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture within the audit department
Requirements:
