Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Biller to join our Finance and Accounting team. In this role, you will manage the full project billing lifecycle—from invoice generation and revenue recognition to accounts receivable and client collections. You will work closely with Project Managers, the PMO, and the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely cash flow across Danovo's project portfolio. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement. Duties Collaborate with Project Managers and the PMO to review project structures, billing models, and revenue recognition methods. Generate and process client invoices based on contract terms, project milestones, and billing schedules. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies across billing and project accounting processes. Support revenue recognition, accruals, and project financial adjustments in accordance with accounting standards. Monitor accounts receivable, track outstanding balances, and partner with clients and internal teams to ensure timely collections. Perform intercompany matching and reconciliations across Quanta entities. Assist with financial audits by preparing project-level data and documentation to demonstrate compliance and control integrity. Identify opportunities to streamline billing and financial processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. Manage workload and task priorities independently across multiple billing cycles and project commitments. Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation to support project billing and reporting requirements. Communicate professionally with clients to clarify billing terms, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships. Collaborate with the Controller and PMO to support consistent and transparent financial reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Five or more years of experience in project billing, accounting, or finance operations. Experience with accounting or project ERP systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint or Microsoft Dynamics SL. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of WIP transactions, accounts receivable processes, and GAAP principles. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across project teams and with clients. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
