Here are the specifics:

Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential. Demonstrated experience in client accounting is required. Skill in bank account and credit card reconciliation. Ability to handle payroll tax preparation and filing. Competence in General Ledger postings. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with MS Office/Excel is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in public accounting. Experience with small business clients is advantageous. Capacity to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
