You'll report to the Controller and work closely with property managers and ownership to keep everything accurate and moving. This is a great company with a family style office. Long average tenure of employees and flexibility to work from home occasionally if needed. What You'll Do Maintain general ledgers and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Reconcile AP, AR, bank accounts, and tenant ledgers Generate tenant charges and assist with collections and delinquencies Assist with annual budgets, reforecasts, and variance analysis Handle end-to-end OPEX reconciliations and NNN true-ups Support tax prep, compliance, and internal audit requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of commercial real estate or property management Hands-on experience with OPEX reconciliations and NNN lease accounting Advanced Excel skills; experience with AppFolio, Yardi Voyager, MRI, or similar a plus Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple deadlines Benefits Medical (including $0 premium options), dental, and vision — all at $0 employee premium 401(k) with 4% employer match 15 days
