We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Commissions Analyst to join our Revenue Integrity team during an exciting time of growth and transformation. As we navigate a merger and consolidate multiple commission systems and plans, you'll play a key role in supporting the accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions using Xactly.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience with a leading commissions software platform and learn how scalable compensation structures are built and optimized during a merger.
Specific responsibilities include:
Support the administration and processing of sales commissions using Xactly IncentAssist in gathering, validating, and loading sales performance data from multiple sourcesHelp reconcile and consolidate legacy commission plans into unified structuresAssist in identifying and resolving commission discrepancies and responding to sales rep inquiriesParticipate in testing new or updated plans in Xactly to ensure accuracyDocument processes and contribute to SOPs as legacy systems are phased outSupport ad hoc reporting and data clean-up during the system consolidation processCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR during the transitionQualificationsProactive, self-starting, and independent with a strong focus on finding solutions, not just identifying problems ("resolver" mentality).Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferredStrong attention to detail and comfort working with data in ExcelStrong written and verbal communicationCuriosity and willingness to learn SaaS tools like XactlyAbility to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentNice to
