Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team and drive the successful execution of construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate project documentation. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will be essential in supporting project teams and maintaining seamless operations throughout the construction lifecycle. Responsibilities Oversee and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and daily reports. Utilize construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for document management, drawings review, and communication. Prepare and Submit AIA Payments Prepare Bid Documents, Distribute Plans and Specs to subs and suppliers Order Insurance Certificates and Bonds Proven experience in construction administration or project coordination within the construction industry. Strong proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar platforms. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
