Financial Accountant $85,000–$100,000 + 10% Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Ready to join a company where your career can grow as fast as the business? The team is looking for an individual who enjoys learning, leveraging technology, improving processes, and taking ownership of meaningful work. What You'll Be Doing
- Contribute to the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses
- Support accounting and reporting for various operational and corporate initiatives
- Assist with lease accounting, project accounting, and other key accounting functions
- Collaborate with business partners across multiple departments
- Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize modern financial systems and reporting tools to support decision-making What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- A proactive mindset and desire to continue learning and growing Preferred Experience
- CPA or CPA-track
- Public accounting background
- Experience working with large ERP systems
- Exposure to lease accounting, project accounting, or financial reporting
