Hospitality Accountant Hybrid

We're looking for a Hybrid Hospitality Accountant to join our growing team and play a key role in the financial success of our hospitality operations. This isn't your typical back-office role—you'll collaborate with operations, support real-time decision-making, and help drive profitability across multiple revenue streams. What You'll Do:

Own core accounting functions including AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger management Prepare monthly financial statements and provide actionable insights Monitor key hospitality revenue streams (rooms, F&B, events) and identify trends Partner with department leaders to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls Conduct on-site audits and support operational teams when needed Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls Assist with payroll, reporting, and audit preparation

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting experience (hospitality experience is a big plus) Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communicator who enjoys working across teams

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:
