Immediate Need CV Resources is partnering with a highly respected, multi-billion-dollar global organization to identify a Hybrid Senior Technical Accountant for its Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting team. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in complex reporting environments and enjoys tackling technical accounting matters. The selected individual will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization while supporting critical financial reporting, consolidation, and technical accounting initiatives. The team is seeking someone who can quickly contribute, provide technical expertise, and help support a growing organization during an important period of transformation and visibility. RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and assist with quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements Draft and maintain footnote disclosures and supporting schedules Perform technical accounting research and prepare accounting position documentation Review divisional and international financial reporting submissions as part of the global consolidation process Analyze consolidated financial results, identify unusual trends, and recommend adjustments as needed Support accounting for complex transactions, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and other technical accounting matters Assist with the development, implementation, and documentation of accounting policies Support financial reporting and consolidation processes within Oracle Assist with statutory reporting and compliance requirements Partner with internal and external auditors to support audits and reporting requirements Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and accounting teams across the organization Provide support on special projects and strategic accounting initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA preferred (active or inactive license considered) 5+ years of progressive accounting, audit, financial reporting, or technical accounting experience Public accounting experience highly preferred Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting guidance Experience preparing financial statements and drafting footnote disclosures Proven ability to research accounting issues and document accounting conclusions Consolidations and external reporting experience preferred Experience working with large, complex organizations preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
